1. How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the Purolator website. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

The PANDORA eSTORE CA (ca.pandora.net) currently ships to addresses only within Canada.

3. What are your shipping options, costs and delivery times?


Processing Time

Orders received by 12PM CST are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 12PM CST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day.

We do ship to PO Boxes.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centre on the following days:

• Thanksgiving Day (US)
• Christmas Eve
