Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Final Sale items are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Last Chance items and Engraved items are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
