Items in unused and original condition purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days by mail. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Last Chance items and Engraved items are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
