To make sure your furry friend is comfortable, we recommend using a cloth measuring tape and wrapping it around their neck. Note down measurements at various points – from closer to the head, to closer to the body – as their collar may shift where it sits over the duration of them wearing it. Add approx. 2.5–3.8 cm or 1–1.5" to the measurement, then follow our size chart accordingly.
After you receive your collar, it’s important to double-check that it fits your pet comfortably and securely. The collar should not be pressing into your pet’s skin, make sure there is enough space to place two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck. If it feels snug but not tight, the collar fits correctly.
