“Where can I use my points and rewards?”
You can pay with points on purchases if you are a Silver or Gold member. To pay with points in a participating store, please present any of the following to a sales assistant at the time of checkout: (1) a QR code from one of our emails; (2) a QR code from your online account; or (3) your email address. To pay with points online, sign in to your My Pandora account prior to checking out to reveal the pay with points option.
“Can I use my welcome gift or birthday treat discount and points at the same time?”
No, you cannot combine your discount vouchers in the same transaction. Generally, My Pandora vouchers cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
“How many times can I use my jewellery cleaner set voucher?”
If you are a Silver member, you can enjoy the Jewellery Cleaner Set voucher for three times per year. If you are a Gold member, you will get one gifted Jewellery Cleaner Set voucher free of charge, valid only once in the lifetime of your membership. Once redeemed, you get to enjoy the Jewellery Cleaner Set voucher up to three times per year.

We will use your personal data to manage your membership of the program and to allow you to take full advantage of all the benefits it provides and to personalize your offers and experiences. “I have just joined My Pandora, but I have not got my Welcome Gift yet. When do I get it?”
Your Welcome Gift will be available in your account three days after you joined My Pandora, and you will also receive an email explaining how to redeem the Welcome Gift. If you still do not see the Welcome Gift in your account after three days, please reach out to our customer care via live chat on Contact Support (pandora.net) or call us at 866-629-4576, Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. | Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. | Sunday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (EST). The Welcome Gift is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or any other vouchers.
