2. Is it Rose Gold?

The unique Pandora metal blend consists mainly of copper and silver. The jewellery pieces are encased in a layer of 14kt rose gold plating in order to prevent oxidation from occurring and to provide the pieces with a warm and romantic pink colour.

8. How is the Pandora Rose™ Collection packaged?

Pandora Rose™ will be packaged in the same way that all products are packaged. All Pandora Jewellery is delivered in our signature branded jewellery boxes.

9. How do I clean my Pandora Rose™ Jewellery?

These innovative products deserve special care. Maintain the beautiful shine and unique finish by polishing Pandora Rose™ products with a chemical free soft cloth. Dampen the cloth in lukewarm water, adding a small amount of mild soap, and rub gently on jewellery. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

If jewellery is particularly dirty, soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Use of silver polishing liquids, silver dips, ultrasonic cleaning and a tumbler should be avoided.

Pandora polishing cloths with cleaning compound are not recommended for Pandora Rose™ jewellery. Do not expose the jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and remove jewellery prior to bathing or swimming.

Please note that the warm pink-hued colour may intensify with age due to tarnishing, adding to the jewellery’s beautiful, vintage appeal. It is normal for the finishing to wear off over time. Pandora’s warranty does not cover this wear and tear.
