Yes, our store packaging is slightly different to our online packaging. For all purchases made on Pandora Canada Online your item will be delivered in an exclusive white Pandora gift box, finished with our signature pink silk ribbon. In-store, your purchase will also be packaged in our exclusive white Pandora gift box but this will differ depending on the item bought. Larger gift boxes are available for bracelets and necklaces, whereas for smaller items such as charms, rings or earrings we offer smaller boxes. In-store, you’ll also receive a complimentary Pandora bag with your purchase.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently operate a Click & Collect service in any of our stores.
