1. What is your returns policy?

Due to COVID-19, we have extended our returns and exchange policy for all purchases made in-store or online between March 1, 2020 and July 1, 2020, returns and exchanges will be accepted until July 31, 2020. For purchases made after July 1, 2020, the normal 30 day return policy will be in effect. We will monitor to determine whether additional changes to the return policy are warranted.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are in unused and original condition until July 31, 2020. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.

Returns by mail -
Contact us at 1-888-556-9009 or [email protected] for Return Authorization and prepaid Canada Post shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping.
Complete the Return Form indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s).
Securely pack your items(s) along with your Return Form. Attach the prepaid Canada Post shipping label and drop the package at any Canada Post outlet.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It can take up to an additional 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.

Returns in-store -
Refunds cannot be issued in-store for items purchased online.
A store merchandise credit will be issued only redeemable at the Pandora store that processed the return.

2. What is your exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail or in-store and purchase your desired items(s)
You may exchange your item(s) at Pandora branded stores for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.

3. Can a gift recipient return Pandora Jewellery?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund.

4. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will take up to 7 business days to process after Pandora receives your item(s). You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

7. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
