In-store and online engraving differ in their final look and feel, as each of them uses a different engraving technique - mechanical and laser. This means that there can be a subtle difference in the final look and feel of the engraving, depending on which method was used.

We currently don't have any engravable rings in our range. Watch this space though - we're launching new engravable pieces regularly.

Secret messages, initials, birthdays, inside jokes, memorable holidays... if you can say it, you can engrave it on a necklace pendant. We believe in engraving the big moments as well as the small, so as long as it's meaningful to you, it's worth engraving.

As adding an engraving is a service that’s entirely personal and tailored to your wishes exclusively, engraved pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. If we’ve made a mistake or you’re not happy with your engraving for any other reason, please consult a member of staff to find a solution or contact our customer service team.

Our engraving service costs a flat fee of €10, whether you choose to engrave both sides of your piece or just one.

Engraving in-store takes as long as getting a coffee and less time than getting your hair done. It's that easy. Engraving can be done on the spot and takes about a minute or two. Online, it only takes a few clicks and as long as any other jewellery order.

We have a wider range of engravable products available in-store compared to our online selection. Additionally, there are more fonts and symbols to choose from as well, so if you're looking for something particular, come say hello in-store.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return, exchange or refund personalised jewellery, as it’s been customised to your particular specifications. Please double check your size before purchasing an engravable piece online or in-store.

Online, we currently offer engraving for a variety of products including charms and pendants. In-store, we have further styles such as bracelets and different metal finishes available. Our range of engravable styles varies between online and in-store, so we recommend you visit us in-store if you’re looking for even more options.

It is only possible to use our engraving service on Pandora products only. If you’ve previously purchased engravable Pandora products, you can bring them in-store to get them customised.

Yes, it is possible to engrave both sides of your piece. Whether you choose to engrave one side or both sides, the flat fee of €10 applies. 

Due to the size of our pieces, the space for your personalised engraving on our charms is limited. Our round and rectangular pendants have a slightly larger surface area, so you can engrave slightly longer messages. Similarly, the number of characters you can engrave will depend on the font style and size you select. Please try out the online engraving tool to see if your desired engraving will fit or visit us in-store to customise your message directly on an engraving service tablet.
